Ankur needs facilitators to work in a project for prevention of all forms of gender based discrimination and violence against girls and women.

We are looking for individuals

>  who are passionate about gender equality

>  who can engage young people and adults in conversations around gender

>  who are willing to work on the ground in working class neighborhoods

>  and have good skills of writing in Hindi

 Job Description –

·        Forming groups of children in the age group of 12 -18 years, and youth in the age group of 19-24 years

·        Facilitating discussions and explorations on gender related themes using creative methodologies

·        Building a gender sensitive environment in communities, facilitating meetings with women and organizing events

·        Participating in the discourse on gender at wider levels

·        Preparing progress reports

Project location – Delhi

Job position – Full-time

Project Sites – Khichripur, Sunder Nagari, Zaffrabad resettlement colonies, East Delhi.

Qualification – Graduate, preferably in Social Sciences

Women candidates will be preferred

Remuneration – Rs. 25,000

Ankur needs a Project Associate to work in a project for prevention of all forms of gender based discrimination and violence against girls and women.

We are looking for individuals

>  who have experience of working in a gender-based project in an urban setting

>  who can engage in conversation with different stakeholders around gender

>  who can make linkages and contribute to the discourse on gender at different levels

>  who have good planning, monitoring and reporting skills

Job Description –

·        Planning and monitoring of children’s and youth groups

·        Facilitating conversation in women’s collectives and in the community

·        Engaging with different stakeholders to prevent gender-based discrimination and violence

·        Preparing activity-budget plans

·        Compiling and collating data to assess progress on project indicators

·        Preparing progress reports

·        Capacity building of project team

·        Contributing to the discourse on gender discrimination and violence at different levels

Project location – Delhi

Project Sites – Khichripur, Sunder Nagari, Zaffrabad resettlement colonies, East Delhi.

Job position – Full-time

Qualification – Post-graduate in Social Science

Experience – Minimum 3-5 years experience of working in a Gender Based project

Remuneration – Rs. 37,500-50,000 depending upon qualification and experience
